767-400ER Taking Off

The new 767-400ER (extended range) takes off on its first flight from Paine Field in Everett, Wash. First flight formally launches the airplane's flight-test program, a rigorous series of evaluations to thoroughly test the airplane. The 767-400ER is a longer version of the 767-300ER, featuring additional wingspan, an updated flight deck, new interior and new landing gear. The first 767-400ER was May 2000.
