747X Stretch Layout

With seating for more than 520 passengers, the Boeing 747X Stretch would be the world's largest 747. A typical interior arrangement includes: 28 first-class seats in the Zone A first-class forward section; 56 business seats on the famous upper deck and 42 business-class seats on the main deck; and economy seating for 378 to 396 passengers. Also depicted in this cutaway view is the innovative overhead space above the passenger cabin's aft end. This area could be used for crew rest, galley-cart stowage or passenger sleeping berths or privacy space. The high capacity of the 747X Stretch is accomplished by stretching the airplane's fuselage 31.5 feet (9.6) meters) more than today's 747-400. Boeing is developing the 747X family of airplanes to support the 747-and-larger market segment. When combined with the Longer-Range 777s, customers have the solutions needed to support the dynamic long-range market as a whole.
