A U.S. Army's CH-47A Chinook helicopter transports the utility element of the Army's Medical Unit, Self-Contained, Transportable (MUST) field hospital in 1965. Weights of units range from 4,000 to 6,000 pounds. The Chinook was the only aircraft in the Army inventory capable of transporting this unit for a 100 mile mission at the time.
