This former shipyard was the first home of The Boeing Company, which was founded in 1916, affectionately called the Red Barn, The original Boeing Main Office building was just off to the side of the Red Barn, on the banks of the Duwamish River. The Red Barn is now part of the Museum of Flight in Seattle.
These Boeing-designed wooden propellers are for MB-3A Army pursuit biplanes.
