Customers, partners and employees gathered at the Boeing Everett, Washington factory on Dec. 6, 2006 to celebrate the virtual rollout of the Boeing 787 Dreamliner and the program's progress in 2006. The 787 program will open its final assembly plant in Everett in 2007. First flight is expected in 2007 with certification, delivery and entry into service occurring in 2008.
