C-17 Globemaster III on Tarmac

Boeing's C-17 Globemaster III Sustainment Partnership program capitalizes on contracting and partnership solutions with the Air Force’s Air Logistics Centers to provide high readiness rates for the C-17 fleet at the most affordable cost. Boeing’s C-17 sustainment efforts are a proven success. From September 2001 to May 2004, C-17s flew an unprecedented 82,882 sorties, while maintaining a 94 percent worldwide departure reliability record and an 86 percent mission capability rate, despite large increases in both deployment and operating sites.
