The Boeing Leadership Center is located north of St. Louis on a bluff above the Missouri River. Through collaborative participation, managers of all levels attend programs designed to enhance their abilities as leaders. In addition to a lecture hall, classrooms and breakout areas, there are four residence lodges with a combined capacity of 204, dining room for 256, and a fitness center. The Centers property, 286 acres of farmland, woodland, wetland, gardens, and lawn, was formerly the Desloge estate.
