Skylab Space Station Footage
Skylab was America’s first orbital workshop. It orbited Earth from 1973 to 1979, and included a workshop, a solar observatory, and other test systems. Numerous scientific experiments were conducted aboard Skylab and thousands of photographs were taken by the crews.
Skylab reentered the Earth's atmosphere and disintegrated in 1979.
