Douglas B-7 Bomber
Douglas B-7 was the company’s first monoplane bomber, originally designed as an observation aircraft, the XO-36.
It was a slim monoplane with a gull wing set high on the fuselage, the main units of its landing gear retracting into streamlined engine nacelles leaving only the lower part of the wheels exposed.
The aircraft never entered full-rate production.
