Seattle, November 23, 1998 - A Boeing Business Jet for General Electric Co. takes off from Boeing Field in Seattle, Wash., November 23, 1998. This is one of the first two airplanes delivered in the program. Both deliveries occurred on the same day. The other airplane was delivered to an undisclosed customer. Boeing Business Jets are delivered “green” (without out interior or paint), then sent elsewhere for completion, including the installation of auxiliary fuel tanks and a custom interior.
