T-45 Goshawk Ready for Launch from USS Theodore Roosevelt
The T-45 Goshawk is the center of the T-45 training system, which was designed for undergraduate jet aircraft training. The Goshawk is a heavily modified naval variant of the Hawk, a land-suitable trainer produced by U.K.-based BAE Systems. Boeing delivered the 221st and final T-45 training jet to the U.S. Navy in November 2009.
