The new 180,000 square-foot (16,700-square-meter), three-story facility will feature three times the square footage of the current space to accommodate customer needs and increased deliveries due to production rate increases. The new center will include a customer complex and delivery lounge to enhance the customer experience, as more than 150 customer representatives work on-site in the Everett Delivery Center. The building is expected to open in early 2013.
