Boeing Wichita builds three-quarters of the airframe and the engine struts and nacelles for the Next-Generation 737 models. It ships the 737’s one-piece fuselage to Renton where final assembly and delivery takes place. 737 fuselages are shown here in Renton. Final assembly of the first Next Generation 737-900 for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines is shown here. The fuselage is is the first, and clearly the longest, in a row of other 737 fuselages at the Boeing factory in Renton, Washington.
