The Boeing Phantom Ray unmanned airborne system sits atop a NASA Shuttle Carrier Aircraft (SCA), a modified Boeing 747. The SCA flights with Phantom Ray are being conducted under a Boeing-funded, commercial Space Act Agreement with NASA.
