BBJ Manufacturing

The Boeing Business Jet is built on the 737 platform. The fuselages are assembled in Wichita and transported via rail to Boeing manufacturing facility in Renton, WA. for final assembly. Customers can custom-fit the interiors to accomodate their needs and preferences. In 2002 the 737 manufacturing process converted to a moving line system, replacing the station to station method of assembly pictured here.
