Men and women had their own dressing rooms on the Stratocruiser, although passengers were encouraged to change clothes in their berths. Each dressing room had washbasins, a stainless steel dental bowl, plate-glass mirrors that allowed for full-length reflections, electrical outlets, storage for disposables, ashtrays, coat hooks, and restroom facilities. The women's dressing room, shown here, had powder tables, lotion dispensers, an upholstered settee, and a full-length mirror above the settee.
