B-1B Lancers were built in 1980s by Rockwell International (now part of Boeing). Considered the workhorse of the U.S. Air Force bomber fleet, B-1s carry a large, flexible payload and are used for strategic attack and interdiction, close air support, swift precision strikes and show-of-force deterrence.
