Boeing 717-200 Receives Engines

Production workers on the Boeing 717-200 Program at Douglas Products Division in Long Beach, CA, install the second of two BR715 engines on the first test airplane, designated T-1. BMW/Rolls-Royce builds the advanced BR715 engines in Dahlewitz, Germany. They feature low fuel consumption, reduced exhaust emissions and low noise levels.
