B-2 Spirit in Flight over the Mojave Desert

A B-2 stealth bomber during a flight test over the Mojave Desert, CA in 1994. With a range of 10,000 nautical miles with one refueling, the B-2 can reach targets anywhere in the world quickly from bases in the United States. The bomber's low-observable characteristics enable it to defeat sophisticated radar defenses, attack a full spectrum of enemy targets and quickly return to base safely.
