The pressurized Model 367s had a double-lobe fuselage consisting of two intersecting circular sections so its 74-foot-long upper deck had the larger diameter. Cargo was loaded through large clamshell doors in the belly using a built-in ramp and a hoist. In addition to five crew members, the C-97 Stratofreighter could carry 134 troops or 83 stretcher patients with four attendants.BI216154 (k608)Maximum size:4750px × 3800px (~51 MB)15.8in × 12.6in (300dpi)License type:Rights ManagedKeywords:1940s-air to air-airplanes-beauty-blue-blue skies-C-97 Stratofreighter (Model 367)-clouds-day-exteriors-flying-full body views-gray color-historic production status-military-monoplanes-mountains-photos-propeller planes-prototypes-remote-right side views-silver color-snow-sunshine-transports-unpainted-vignetting-vintage / retro-white-wilderness-XC-97 StratofreighterRelated Photo/Videos:View All
