GOES-O Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellite

In March 2009, Boeing shipped GOES-O, the second of three next-generation Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellites being built for NASA, to Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida, where it was scheduled to launch in spring 2009.
