In 2006 Puget Sound area residents got a unique look at Boeing's newest commercial airplane -- the super-efficient 787 Dreamliner -- when they visited Stocker Farms in the city of Snohomish. The Boeing Company partnered with Stocker Farms to feature the 787 Dreamliner as the design of the farm's annual corn maze. The corn maze used a series of trails throughout a 10-acre field to create the design of a 787 Dreamliner airplane. The theme of 2006's maze, "Outstanding in Our Field," represented The Boeing Company's commitment to excellence and innovation in aerospace and Stocker Farms' excellence and innovation in agritainment (agricultural entertainment) to help maintain a high quality of life in the region.
